Create a Merchant Account

The first step to use this API is having a merchant account, sign-in credentials for the Web App, and API credentials (which we will cover in the next section).

Boarding Merchants

There are a few different options to board a Merchant in Production. Most Partners start off by submitting paper applications through MX ISO/Agent. You can also board the Merchant via the Invite Code or Electronic Application process using MX ISO/Agent and MX Merchant.


If you are not familiar with these options or have questions, please contact your Relationship Manager. Those are just the easiest options for getting off the ground quickly. Another option is to use the Boarding API which provides a more seamless experience for your customers, however, this method takes time to integrate compared to the others.
